The website is operated by Wuhan Puxian Technology Co., Ltd. It collects the name, company, contact details, project area and message you enter only to forward your inquiry to the designated receiving mailbox. Its owner is responsible for subsequent handling and replies; the recipient is not assumed to be the website operator.
Website storage and mailbox retention
For reliable forwarding, the website temporarily stores the inquiry body encrypted in a private service. The website clears that body within 24 hours after the mail service accepts it. Failed or unsent bodies are retained for at most 7 days and are not sent after expiry. Mail-service acceptance and actual mailbox receipt are different states.
Mailbox copies are managed by the receiving mailbox owner. We recommend that the recipient review whether an ordinary inquiry is still needed within 6 months after handling it. This is advice, not a promise or authorization for the website to delete mailbox messages automatically.
The browser temporarily stores only a random retry key and content hash, not contact details or the original inquiry.
