Receive lift calls and use video at the duty centre. The console uses 4G IoT wireless transmission and a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen, with recording, audio/video linkage and hands-free calling.
Match calling and video at the receiving point
The console handles duty-side calls. Video sources, car cameras and lift-side extensions are separate parts of the configuration.
Duty console
Use the touchscreen for calling and identify incoming calls by lift name. Confirm recording and audio/video linkage for the project.
Lift-side equipment
Check the extension, intercom system, video source and coverage. A video console does not mean a camera is already connected.
